General terms and conditions of business

1. Definitions   

1.1 “Coach” refers to Jacqueline Boegli who provides the coaching services.   

1.2 “Client” refers to any person or organization that makes use of the coach’s coaching services.   

1.3 “Coaching Services” refers to the services provided by the coach to the client according to this agreement.

2. Provision of Services   

2.1 The Coach will endeavor to provide the Coaching Services in a professional manner and according to the agreed dates.   

2.2 The client undertakes to provide all relevant information necessary for the provision of the Coaching Services.

3. Confidentiality   

3.1 The coach undertakes to treat all information that the customer discloses as part of the coaching as confidential.   

3.2 The client agrees that the coach may use anonymized case studies or success stories for training purposes, provided the client agrees to this in writing.

4. Liability

4.1 The coach's liability is limited only to cases of slight negligence, in which the damage is limited to the foreseeable damage that is typical for the contract

5. Fees and payment terms   

5.1 The fees for the coaching services are determined in accordance with the agreed agreement.   

5.2 Payments must be made before using the coaching services or as agreed.

6. Cancellation and Refunds   

6.1 The customer can cancel agreed coaching sessions up to 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee.   

6.2 The customer has a 100% money-back guarantee within 7 days of using the coaching services if the coach has provided inadequate services. The refund must be made in writing and with verifiable arguments.

6.3 Refunds after 7 days will only be granted in exceptional cases and at the coach's sole discretion.

7. Changes and Termination   

7.1 Changes to this agreement require the written consent of both parties.   

7.2 This agreement may be terminated by either party for cause upon written notice.

8. Applicable Law and Place of Jurisdiction   

8.1 This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland.   

8.2 In the event of disputes between the parties, the exclusive place of jurisdiction will be Thun.

By using the coaching services, the client agrees to these general terms and conditions.
